Before starting No Stress Tech, I worked for Apple for a number of years as a Senior Technical Advisor. I loved that role because it was not just about fixing devices — it was about helping people use technology to make everyday life easier, stay connected and solve real problems.
Apple gave me a strong appreciation for patient, people-first support. Sometimes the best part of the job was not the technical fix itself, but seeing someone feel more confident using their device afterward.
After Apple, I spent many years helping run my family’s managed IT services business here in Bendigo. That experience gave me a strong technical background across computers, networks, email, printers, security, backups and everyday support.
No Stress Tech brings that experience into the home, with a calmer and more personal approach for people who want friendly help without confusing language.
